Credit Solutions Review

Credit Solutions AKA Credit Solutions of America, CSA and CreditSolutions.com has been open since 2003. It claims to have “over $1 billion of debt settled” since its opening.

This company sounds wonderful looking at its website, however, looking it up on the Better Business Bureau paints a completely different picture. It has an F and is not Accredited. There are 1006 complaints and at least 3 government actions. The lawsuits are from the Attorney Generals of Texas, Missouri and New York. The lawsuits mostly claim misleading deceptive business practices and false advertising among other things. The complains are highest in: Customer Service, Service Issues, Refund and Exchange Issue; and Contract Issues. Of the complaints 799 are resolved and 195 are administratively closed with 12 still open.
