Initially when I contacted them they listened to my problems and explained, in detail, all the procedures to be followed and its effect on my credit if I enrolled into their program. After analyzing my earnings and the amount of debt I had, they gave me a time line of around 2 years within which I would be debt free. I am pretty satisfied with their service and highly recommend it. It is not a program for everyone, so pre-evaluation is key. I think it is unfair to rate them based on your experience with just one consultant.
