Like Brian G. I too paid thousands and thousand to find out that I only had just over a 1600.00 in my account. FDS is a HUGE HUGE scam and we are currently seeking legal advice to get our money back. TJ the VP of FDS does not return calls beacuse he is always in meetings. YEAH RIGHT! I would rather give my money to attorney than to let FDS have it. Lawsuit is defenitely coming their way!

BEWARE!! BEWARE !! BEWARE!! Just got done canceling my program with Fidelity Debt Solutions after being on the program for six months. My wife and I enrolled into their program with the understanding that “only the first two” monthly payments were theirs for the cost of their program which was a little over $ 2500.00. Buy after being in the program for six months we had paid almost $ 5400.00 into them and found that our 3rd party trust reserve amount available to settle any debt was under 1400.00 so with that my wife and I decided to drop from their program and handle this process ourselves. Stay far away if your even thinking about it…

I am a recent college graduate and I went with fidelity to help me consolidate my loans. I found that they were extremely helpful and professionial. They answered all of my questions and really took the time to educate me on the process.

DO NOT GO WITH FIDELITY DEBT SOLUTIONS. They are the worst company ever. All they care about is getting your money. They do not care about your financial situation at all. I had five accounts with them and i settled all myself without their help. If you are in debt call the companies yourself and work something out with them, or you can call a debt counseling center. Once again,DO NOT GO WITH FIDELITY DEBT SOLUTIONS!!!!!!!

Fidelity Debt Solutions base in San Diego BEWARE! They ripped me off for over $2000. This company is a FRAUD!!! Trust me they will take your money away.

We are giving Fidelity Debt Solutions a low rating due to concerns we have with the way they are conducting business. We don’t feel they are properly disclosing the details of debt settlement, and we don’t feel their program is designed with the client’s best interests in mind.
