This company never returns calls or e-mails. They claimed to have paid off one of my credit cards and my credit report shows it is still active. They indicated the first two payments would be for their fees. Between them and Noteworld, they took over $4000+ from me. Nothing got settled.

Has anyone taken step to sue? If so how? I know I am to to contact my state attorney general.

I wish I had seen all these reviews prior to signing up with this company in 2009...As like many of you....We have been taken for thousands and thousands of $'s. Nothing has ever been settled that has not become a judgement first...Our personal and business checking accounts have both been garnished as well as wages and State income tax returns. We currently have a grand total of about $1700.00 in our Note World Account. Our debt balances have doubled from the time that we enrolled and the creditors are so mad now that we wonder if they will even talk to us. Anything that has been settled was well over the 50% spoken of at time of signing up and pretty much 100% o f the debt that was signed up with them originally. We call daily to find out the status of the account to no avail as we can not get anybody to answer the phones and nobody returns voice mail. As of the last few days we have not even gotten voice mail when we call.....it just rings and rings and rings. We are ready to cancel, but what happens then and how do we recoup what we have lost in their fees for not doing anything??? Fidelity has made more off of us then our creditors have received to settle debts and we arre always looking over our shoulder to see who is going to take what next because they are not doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE BAD NEWS.........

I just dropped them also. This place ripped me off about $3800. I am currently working with Fox 6, the BBB, and my state attorney general to get my money back. Nobody ever returned my emails/calls and my accounts never got settled unless I was being sued and we still had to pay out of pocket because there was never enough in our account BECAUSE THEY TOOK IT ALL!!!!!!!!

I think we could get a class action law suit against them!

BE SMART DON'T ENROLL WITH THE FDS PROGRAM!!!!!
After one year in the program and thousands of dollars, they have settled 2 very small accounts, 1 large account that still cost me most of my 401K, and 1 in process now. I cannot get FDS to answer e-mails, or phone calls, so I have no idea what is transpiring.

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEBTORS AND TRY TO MAKE YOUR OWN SETTLEMENTS...IT WILL "SAVE" YOU MONEY.

Complete fraud!!! I entered into an agreement with Fidelity that only made my situation many times worse. While initially they appeared to be extreamly helpful, I had creditors refuse to work with them and one who proceeded to sue me for wage garneshment. Fidelity dropped them from the program but will not return a single call regarding my extreme overpayment for their services. BBB and Legal representation come next!
Star rating = negative. Please be careful when working with Fidelity or any other form of debt settlement agency.

Like Brian and Karla, we were taken in for THOUSANDS! I have yet to cancel because no one will speak to me, return my calls or emails. Literaly, out of over $5 grand, they kept 45% PERCENT!

Do we have enough people for a class action law suit?
